COUNSELLING SCHEDULE STENO-TYPIST Grade-III

Note:

1.      The candidate is hereby directed to take a printout of the above schedule and bring the same at the time of counselling.

2.      The candidate is also directed to bring all his/her original certificates (and Xerox copies of the same) for perusal / verification at the time of counselling.

3.      The provisional admission of the candidates for counselling does not confer any right for selection to the posts included in Group-IV Services, 2007-08 to 2012-13.

4.      The candidate who does not appear for counselling on the scheduled date will lose his/her seniority in the combined merit list, consequential allotment and they will not be given any further chance to appear for the same.

5.      In extraordinary circumstances, if such candidate requests with valid reasons to permit him/her for counselling on another day, the Commission reserves the right to admit such candidate for Conselling and he/she is confined to choose the posts which is available at that time.

6.      The admission of the candidates for counselling is purely provisional subject to the outcome of any writ petitions / cases pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court, Madras / Madurai Bench of Madras High Court relating to this recruitment.

7.      Certificate verification and Counselling for the posts of Typist and Junior Assistant will be done from 3rd December 2012.

8.   The rank order has been arrived based on the calms of candidates in the online application. During certificate verification, if the claim is found incorrect, then the rank position of the candidates in the particular mark will be modified at the time of counselling.
